This article presents the latest study by the EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre on behalf of G16 Careers and begins as follows: "The image sent shockwaves: AgroParis Tech students encouraging their fellow students to "branch out" at their graduation ceremony in June 2022. Almost a year later, the EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre has published a study on the relationship between work and young graduates of the grandes écoles. Finding a better balance between their professional and personal lives, holding a job that pays a fair wage and is meaningful... The aspirations of new entrants to the job market are no longer the same as those of their elders. The survey, published at the beginning of April and carried out between October and November 2022, was conducted among more than 2,000 young professionals from sixteen grandes écoles, including HEC, Edhec, Sciences Po, PSL...".
