ELSA DREVON
Diversity & Inclusion Chair Director
Elsa Drevon holds a PhD in Information Science (University of Montreal). Her research focuses on the link between evidence-based and strategic decision-making, especially in the public health sector. Within the D&I Chair, she leads a programme of applied research and educational initiatives aimed at promoting a culture of inclusion, equity and respectful of diversity, both students and organisations.
KADIO ERIC KADIO
Researcher
Kadio Eric Kadio has a PhD in economic from Aix-Marseille Université. His work focused on education, inequalities and public policies. Drawing on in-depth knowledge of the African context, he has provided technical support for various expert and research missions in Morocco, Cameroon, Senegal, and Côte d'Ivoire.
MARINE KOCH
Assistant researcher
Marine Koch has a master’s degree in gender studies from the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne. She has worked on violence and discrimination and is experienced in prevention programs in schools to address gender-based violence.
FLORINE GALLOIS

Florine Gallois is a student in the Master's 2 program in Digital Studies and Public Statistics, Data (ENSP/ENSD) at the University of Lille and is currently on a work-study program at EDHEC for her master's degree. She therefore provides support to the Chair in quantitative and qualitative research.
MORGANE HUTIN
Assistant researcher (work-study programme)
Morgane Hutin is a work-study student on the Master 2 programme in Digital Studies, Statistics and Data (ENSD) at the University of Lille. As a research assistant specialising in statistics and sociology, she contributes to the chair’s work in both quantitative and qualitative areas.
YOUCEF BOUSALHAM

Youcef Bousalham is a Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor at EDHEC Business School. His work draws on philosophy, anthropology, literature and psycho-sociology. In line with the Chair’s activities, his recent research focuses on the lack of practical application of diversity values in executive training programmes.
GUERGANA GUINTCHEVA

Guergana Guintcheva holds a PhD degree in management sciences (University of Montpellier) and she is professor of Marketing at EDHEC. Her research focuses on arts marketing (museums, cinema, video games) and issues of diversity and inclusion in the creative industries.
HAGER JEMEL-FORNETTY

Hager Jemel has a PhD in Management Sciences from IAE Lille and is an Associate Professor at EDHEC. Her research focuses on leadership, diversity and inclusion. Co-founder of the Diversity & Inclusion Chair, which she led for 10 years, she has been in charge of the BBA program since 2025.

Camille Pradies has a PhD in management from Boston College. She is a Professor of Management at EDHEC since 2014. A graduate of ESCP, her area of expertise is change management and paradoxes.
