Bio
Philippe Very is professor of strategic management at EDHEC Business School, France. He is also Robert Reynolds Distinguished Lecturer at the University of Denver, Colorado. Professor Very is the author of many publications (books, academic journals, business press), some of them being awarded. He is also intervening on Radio Channels and Web TVs. He animates executive seminars in companies. His main areas of expertise cover the management of mergers and acquisitions and international management. Prof VERY is currently President of Atlas AFMI (French-speaking Academy of International Management). He worked as 2008-2009 President of AIMS the French-speaking Academy of Management. He is currently member of the Board of SFM (Société Française de Management). He also acts as EPAS auditor for EFMD Accreditations.
