About Rob Baker
Rob Baker retired from Mercer, the global HR consulting firm, in January 2020, after a distinguished 42 year career. His last role was as Leader of Diversity & Inclusion Consulting for the International Region. Rob was a Board member of PWN Global, the leading women's network, for seven years: his specific focus during this time was on engaging other men in gender equality. He has now set up his own firm: Potentia Talent Consulting and is a Board Director of Spktral: the leading gender pay gap platform and Talupp, the AI driven experiential leadership development platform. Rob has joined EDHEC Business School as Diversity and Inclusion “Disruptor in Residence”.
