In the climate of organizational change, employees are asked to seamlessly embrace these changes in their environment. Often neglected, and what keeps employees from performing (let alone embracing), is the human part of change – called Transition.

For Managers:

The Managing Organizational Transition program teaches managers how to plan for change, prepare and guide their team through that change, and to turn change into an opportunity for team cohesiveness and personal growth. Managers learn how to:

  • Actively evaluate a change management plan—and effectively and appropriately make modifications
  • Determine where individuals stand within the transition process
  • Create a strategy for their team to abandon old practices and welcome the new ones with a step-by-step plan that includes clear end points and goals

EXPERIENCE PROFOUND DEVELOPMENT AND INCREASED AGILITY THROUGH COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE, REFLEXIVITY AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT IN A GROUP WORKSHOP

Being Agile is the ability of a leader to be able to lead well in a wide range of circumstances especially new, changing and ambiguous situations.

  • Increased self-awareness and self-leadership as well as how one impacts others in relationships in the workplace
  • Participants will develop the skill of reflexivity – in-depth critical reflection leading to practical application in the workplace
  • Learn what leadership agility is, the different levels and practical exercises to increase one’s own agility and the agility of one’s team

Pedagogy includes: questionnaires, reflection, theoretical contributions, experiential activities and dialogue.
