EDHEC Career Centre is highly ranked by The Financial Times and The Economist. Did these rankings surprise you?

For many years now, we have invested in our career services, which are clearly positioned as a strong point of differentiation at EDHEC. The entire Career Centre team assists each student throughout his or her career path in order to build his or her professional project and prepare for the first job. In the end, our objective is to accompany the student throughout his or her career to define his or her project and find his or her first job - or launch his or her own project - at the end of their studies at EDHEC. We have been pioneers in developing new approaches and services. Our students have shown a high level of satisfaction for many years and their recommendation rate is the highest of all career centres in France. With the Career Booster program, we have built our offer around 3 main pillars: career objectives, career training - preparation for the most competitive recruitment processes - and career opportunities with regular exposure to recruiters and their offers.

One of the strengths of the Career Centre is that it continues to innovate on a regular basis, taking into account the new expectations of students and the needs of companies by having a global perspective of the job market. Proximity with recruiters is also a strength of EDHEC. The Career Centre and Employer Engagement teams work hand in hand to adapt quickly and even anticipate future trends in the job market and the expectations of the Newgens. Finally, we are also accelerating the tailored approach of our services in hybrid mode to allow each student to mature his or her project at his or her own pace.

What do these rankings assess?

The rankings measure the efficiency and contribution of the Career Centre in helping a young graduate find his or her first job. In the end, our objective is to accompany the student throughout his or her career to define his or her project and find his or her first job - or launch his or her professional project - at the end of his or her studies at EDHEC.

The Financial Times and The Economist rankings are not the only ones celebrating EDHEC Career Centre. What can you tell us about the Agires Synergie Trophy?

We are very proud to have received the 1st prize in the category "creating links with companies". This prize was awarded after a vote by 110 schools and 35 companies. This is very much in line with EDHEC's DNA of serving its stakeholders and its strategy of having an impact.

As we do for our students, we support our partner companies so that they can promote their employer brand and achieve their recruitment objectives.
