As Covid-19 crisis is challenging companies, there is a way to explore and transform uncertainty into opportunity. Futures leaders, entrepreneurs of tomorrow will certainly be those who apply a new way of thinking, who identify actions that they have not thought about before: those who direct sufficient attention to structural changes that might affect their industry and markets.

Student volunteers help the businesses to navigate the crisis in finding opportunity and making robust strategies with scenario-based planning method.
ESAC Team functions with group of 3 to 5 students engaging 25 hours in 3 weeks to support leadership teams.

René Rorhbeck and Karine Kollenz, professors of strategy, trains student teams and provides them with the Strategic Foresight Toolkit.
