“Healthcare innovation is not just technological; it is managerial,” explains Professor Loïck Menvielle, Director of the EDHEC Chair of Management in Innovative Health. “Data and AI can transform care, but only if professionals know how to design, finance, and lead change effectively.”

The HIT Track was designed to address exactly this challenge. Through three targeted certificates, participants explore how to turn emerging technologies into sustainable strategies that improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and organisational performance. Each five-day, in-person module combines academic rigour with hands-on practice at the EDHEC Paris Campus, encouraging participants to apply learning directly to their professional contexts.

Three Certificates, One Leadership Journey

The HIT Track can be followed as part of the EDHEC Executive MBA or as standalone executive certificates. It offers three complementary pathways:

•  Healthcare Strategy and New Game Changers in Health & Leading Health Innovation in the Digital Age develops the leadership mindset required to anticipate disruption, harness innovation, and embed digital transformation through design thinking and stakeholder engagement.
• Data and Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare & Medical Device Diagnostics explores how data science and connected technologies are reshaping clinical practice and decision-making. Participants gain a practical understanding of how to assess, implement, and govern AI and digital technologies responsibly across diverse healthcare environments.
• Value-Based Healthcare & Healthcare Financing and Financial Management equips professionals with the financial insight to align care quality and cost efficiency. The focus lies on transitioning from volume-based to value-based models, mastering cost management, and building financially sustainable organisations.

Together, these certificates form a coherent learning journey for professionals seeking to strengthen both strategic understanding and operational impact in healthcare.

Among the programme’s expert instructors is Dr Pierre-Yves Brossard, Head of Innovation at AP-HP (Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris). His teaching focuses on the managerial conditions that make AI adoption successful, from data readiness to process redesign.

Through business simulations and case-based learning, participants work on realistic challenges such as deploying AI tools, structuring innovation budgets, or managing transformation across multi-disciplinary teams.
