Since 2013, the NewGen Talent Centre has been analyzing the evolution of young graduates' expectations for their careers. In order to better understand and educate on the aspirations, skills and behaviors of the younger generation, the NewGen - in close collaboration with its partners - conducts numerous activities: quantitative and qualitative studies, publications of reports and barometers, interventions during events and in the press, teaching modules at EDHEC...

In March 2022, Manuelle Malot, director of the center, and her team, Caroline Rubin and Geneviève Houriet-Segard, respectively head of studies and deputy director of the center, research engineer at EDHEC, invite you to attend three important events:

  • March 22, 2022. Intervention at the Human Resources round table " 'The Future of Work': candidates' expectations, recruiters' expectations, what does the year 2022 hold?". This webinar, organized by Monster.fr in partnership with PWC, Randstad and EDHEC, will start at 11:30 am and is accessible by simple online registration: follow this link.
  • March 23, 2022. Presentation during the conference organized by L'Obs, in partnership with Toyota, Harmonie Mutuelle, Orange, La Poste and the Health Insurance: "Working in 2049". This event, proposed in hybrid format, is held at the Obs Auditorium, 67/69 avenue Pierre Mendès France - 75013 Paris, and is broadcasted online.   • March 25, 2022. Participation in the Happy Boulot Le Mag program on BFM TV. A special focus is expected on the center's latest NewGen NewJob publications: "The new professional ambitions of young graduates" and the 2022 barometer "Challenges of the first job". Go to the program page.
