Bio

Dr. Antonella Tempesta is an Assistant Professor at EDHEC Business School with a PhD in Culture, Gender, and Communication from the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona, she brings a deep research background to her experiential teaching approach. She teaches courses in HR Management, culture and Communication to Bachelor and Master-level students, with a particular focus on communication skills and personal and professional development.
Her classes are dynamic by combining theoretical insights with active learning techniques such as immersive exercises, discussions, and case studies.
In addition to her academic work, she actively contributes to student awareness initiatives, recently leading sessions on addressing sexist and sexual violence in educational settings.
