[#dataviz] Climate change mitigation and adaptation. What works for ports?
In this new carousel, the EDHEC Climate Institute explores climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies for ports: what really works?
Climate change is already disrupting our infrastructure, as key assets are exposed to both physical risks and transition risks.
Yet, current tools tend to be too generic to help understand specific sectoral and geographical vulnerabilities, and design appropriate strategies.
Hence the idea of creating an innovative, science-based, useful platform: ClimaTech, "a comprehensive matrix intended to offer stakeholders throughout the infrastructure value chain valuable insights into climate-related risks". This project has been developed by the EDHEC Climate Institute (ECI) in connection with various entities within EDHEC's infrastructure, climate and climate finance ecosystem.
