This second episode gives the floor to three experts who propose solutions for improving the mechanisms for inclusion and diversity in everyday life. All the professional stages are covered: from the choice of higher education to accessing positions of responsibility, including sending out job applications: how can you guarantee that you will fit in? How can we ensure that people from diverse backgrounds - men or women, or people with disabilities, for example - get the jobs they want? How do you ensure bias-free recruitment, whether at school or in a company?

In a 1-hour conversation, Hager Jemel, Hayatte Maazouza and Abiola Ulrich Obaonrin offer their knowledge, backed up by figures, and propose practical solutions to ensure that the grandes écoles and the business world are more open to the diversity of skilled and qualified profiles that French society has to offer.
