Discover, through a dedicated carousel, two recent studies by the EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre on the expectations of young graduates with regard to their first job.

The NewGen Talent Centre is EDHEC's centre of expertise on the aspirations, behaviours and skills of new generations of graduates.

To shed light on the issue of first jobs – for the 300,000 or so young graduates who enter the job market each year – Manuelle Malot and Geneviève Houriet Segard addressed several questions: what do they expect from their first job? How do they see their future? What are the differences between students from different fields of study?
