The NewGen Talent Centre is EDHEC's centre of expertise on the aspirations, behaviours and skills of new generations of graduates.

To shed light on the issue of first jobs – for the 300,000 or so young graduates who enter the job market each year – Manuelle Malot and Geneviève Houriet Segard addressed several questions: what do they expect from their first job? How do they see their future? What are the differences between students from different fields of study?
