"In Europe, 85% of healthcare professionals believe that AI will improve diagnosis, but barely a third use it on a daily basis. In France, only 24% of patients with chronic conditions monitor their health using digital tools, and 9 out of 10 French people trust their doctor more than an algorithm [...] For EDHEC and the chair I head, the conclusion is therefore clear: technological innovation is not an end in itself.
