Academic excellence & Action-learning
Learning through action
At EDHEC, we believe that action and experimentation foster learning. Throughout the programme, you’ll be putting theory into practice, using your knowledge and skills in case studies, business simulations and a 2-month MBA project.
Action-learning is also essential for developing leadership skills. You’ll be able to hone your teamwork and leadership skills through collective assignments, and through regular 360 degree feedback sessions.
An enriching human experience
Acquiring intellectual and technical knowledge is only part of the learning process. Passion and people are important, too. EDHEC’s Global MBA programme is designed with this in mind, and we don’t underestimate how much human interactions can help you grow in your career.
Working together, challenging each other, networking, meeting inspiring people and travelling are all an integral part of the programme. We hope that these social and emotional experiences might contribute to making it one of the best years of your career.
Strength through diversity
Diversity can be a powerful and inspiring source of learning, and we consider it to be an essential part of the Global MBA. At EDHEC, you’ll be collaborating with and learning from people with diverse professional experiences, backgrounds, age groups, genders, nationalities and cultural heritages.
These differences give us strength, and teach us how to interact successfully and respectfully in the diverse context of business today. In this globalised world, having a good command of multicultural and international skills is crucial to success, and that’s strongly reflected and integrated into the Global MBA programme.
