The ethical code of a company is a good practices charting, applicable to all third parties of the company’s environment. The company should let all its members know about its core values, acceptable behaviour and right messages so everyone can understand and apply them in they work and work relationships.

Social responsibility is more and more valued at work, and it is even becoming one of the companies’ strategy pillars.
