The EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre, dedicated to understanding the new generations, has looked at the links between sport, personality, skills and even the professional ambitions of business school students.

The differences between men and women, the role of pressure and pleasure, involvement in clubs, positions held on the pitch... Take a look at some of the key findings of this study, conducted in early 2024 by Manuelle Malot and Geneviève Houriet Segard, the centre's director and deputy director respectively.
