Competition in terms of recruitment, on the world market, is increasingly challenging. Thus, It is crucial for EDHEC students to assess their strenghts and weaknesses at an early stage. The TIC&CD programme, unique among European Business Schools, is an assessment and evaluation tool that benefits students during recruitment processes run by leading companies.
Run on all campuses, the TIC&CP programme makes it possible for students to develop the managerial skills most sought-after by recruiters. In practical terms, students receive optimal training to prepare them for the rigors of the hiring process on the international market: interviews, tests, group exercises and case studies. Over 840 students have tested or will be able to test the Career Booster that EDHEC had made available to them over the past four years.
The TI&CD programme enables students to evaluate their level in 10 key managerial skill areas. Students are able to use the expertise provided by Career Consultants. Florence Da Costa, Director of the EDHEC Student Career Centre, feels that it is important for students to benefit from the collective expertise of about 20 international consultants, each with a specialty in their field. For example, MSc Legal & Tax students are advised by consultants specialized in Law and Taxation. Jérôme FRIZZERA-MOGLI, a consultant at PERSONALIS, shared his experience. Jiri MIL, MSc in Corporate Finance alumnus, feels that the consultants he met made it possible for him to hone his skills and succeed a seven-hour interview with McKinsey.
Students were also able to take advantage of one-on-one mentoring sessions that consisted of obtaining an operational vision of the professions. Arnaud GALLY, Masters student specializing in Marketing, enjoyed the sessions that made it possible for him to make the right choice in terms of companies. The mentor from Procter & Gamble made me want to join that company, and so I am!
