In collaboration with the Global Telecom Women's Network (GTWN, a global network of women executives in the telecoms industry) and McKinsey & Company consultants, EDHEC organised a meeting last September geared to discussing ways of improving the balance between men and women on company boards, by encouraging more young women to take up careers in business.

Olivier Oger, Dean of EDHEC Business School, and Monique Valcour, Professor at EDHEC, attended the meeting, along with deans from other European business schools and female business leaders. The meeting was organised on the initiative of Candace Johnson, EDHEC's Board of Governors, international telecommunications expert, entrepreneur and founding President of GTWN.
