Cédric Manara delivers report to the vice-president of the European Commission de la Commission Européenne

Co-author of a report titled Intellectual Property and Innovation, Cédric Manara, professor of law at EDHEC and member of the LegalEDHEC Research Centre, had the honour of submitting this report to Neelie Kroes, vice-president of the European Commission. Nine professors and specialists from all over Europe were in Brussels on 10 September to take the stage for this submission.“The aim of our report is to show that it’s possible to find leverage for growth for the European economy by making intellectual property rules more flexible, which would encourage innovation,” said Cédric Manara.
