EDHEC students explore high-tech collaborations with Dailymotion

Written on 01 December 2014.

Video-distribution platform Dailymotion worked with EDHEC Business School students again this year to explore new collaborative opportunities for the company in the areas of Media, Telecom and Software.  The top three student proposals were presented to Luc Dumont, Dailymotion’s Executive Vice President for Corporate Development, from EDHEC’s Lille campus on 7 November. Dumont interacted with students via telephone from Dailymotion offices in Palo Alto, California. Students from EDHEC’s MSc in Strategy and Organisational Consultancy (MSc SOC) programme were pleased to have the chance to interact with Mr. Dumont and to see if their recommendations measured up to Dailymotion standards. This is just another example of how corporate partnerships with top-tier companies help EDHEC students to hone their business knowledge and skills so that they are “business ready” when they graduate.
