L'ombre et la Plume

On 29 May, at E&Y headquarters in Paris, l’Ombre et la Plume, received the top prize of the Ernst & Young Prize for the top student association (associations from HEC, ESSEC, ESCP Europe, EM Lyon, Audencia, Rouen Business School and Sciences Po Paris were also competing).

The association delivered a superb presentation in front of the jury made up of Ernst & Young representatives. Attempting to facilitate students rehabilitation through writing and reading workshops, L’Ombre et la Plume works in favour of minors incarcerated at the Juvenile Penitentiary Facility of Quiévrechain. The Ernst & Young competition, meant to encourage the dynamism of student associations, has become an event not to be missed.

As part of the same competition, EDHEC North Race took the ‘Coup de Cœur’ prize after a Facebook ‘Like’ competition. EDHEC North Race is a student association that promotes extreme sports. Schola Africa, an EDHEC charitable association promoting school attendance and vocational training in rural areas of Burkina Faso, came in sixth place in same voting.
