After a presentation of programme innovations, international partnerships and the areas into which EDHEC is seeking to expand by Anne Zuccarelli, associate dean for corporate relations & global careers, Manuelle Malot, director of careers and prospects, gave a talk about the state of the job market. She also discussed current work-place issues, including the increasing importance of retaining employees, talent management, and the sourcing of experienced young people. She likewise presented the latest research by the EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre.
Anne Guillon, director of corporate relations, concluded with a presentation of the areas in which the school and companies could work together—for example, in classroom instruction, leading seminars, becoming a corporate programme sponsor or an education partner, taking part in on-campus events or working with the EDHEC Business Club, a group now in its tenth year. Other Perspectives Lunches are planned for Lille and Nice.
