Perspectives 2013 lunch: 90 HR and university and business school relations officers meet at talent-sourcing event

After a presentation of programme innovations, international partnerships and the areas into which EDHEC is seeking to expand by Anne Zuccarelli, associate dean for corporate relations & global careers, Manuelle Malot, director of careers and prospects, gave a talk about the state of the job market. She also discussed current work-place issues, including    the increasing importance of retaining employees, talent management, and the sourcing of experienced young people. She likewise presented the latest research by the EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre.

Anne Guillon, director of corporate relations, concluded with a presentation of the areas in which the school and companies could work together—for example, in classroom instruction, leading seminars, becoming a corporate programme sponsor or an education  partner, taking part in on-campus events or working with the EDHEC Business Club, a group  now in its tenth year. Other Perspectives Lunches are planned for Lille and Nice.
