Ghislaine Auxoux began her career at Xerox in 1981 first in sales. She then went up the company ladder, holding different positions of responsibility in finance, marketing, and so on. Ghislaine has forged her career by working in different Xerox departments.

In September 2010, Ghislaine Auxoux became director of human resources at Xerox Europe in London.

In January 2012, she became the first woman chief executive of Xerox France. Quite the symbol, as Xerox is also led by a woman (Ursula Burns) worldwide.
