EDHEC Professor Monique Valcour talks about work-life balance in a 1 Setember 2014 blog post on HBR's website.

Following the death of an intern at Bank of America Merrill Lynch due in part to exhaustion this summer in London, Professor Valcour says that companies are still not doing enough to instill a good work-life balance in the office. While many firms have adopted such policies, there is still a lack of support from managers, she says.
