Sixth Edition of the Etoiles de la Pub

The Etoiles de la Pub, created in 2008, is an advertising competition open to students from France and Belgium. The idea is to encourage the creation of a poster, video, or a viral advertising campaign for products selected by the partners SOS Racisme, Pizza Hut, and JolieBox.

After an initial screening, the top teams presented their projects on 22 March at the Théâtre Sébastopol in Lille. The contestants worked on innovative products requiring creativity, originality, professionalism, and risk taking: the poster for SOS Racisme, the video for JolieBox, and the viral campaign for Pizza Hut. This year, too, the contestants displayed talent, thus making for a finale as creative as it was surprising. At evening’s end, six prizes, voted on by the audience, web surfers, and a jury of communication and marketing professionals, were awarded to the top contestants: the prix du Jury et du Public for the top poster, the prix du Jury et du Public for the top video, the Coup de Cœur du Jury, and the prix du Buzz.
