Written on 28 October 2013.

Unique in Europe, EDHEC’s Talent Identification & Career Development programme helps students to develop competencies that are in high demand among company recruiters. During a day-long event, students participate in a series of exercises that help them to identify their strengths and weaknesses and to better understand recruitment techniques, including group exercises, case studies, presentations, and one-to-one interviews.
