Family Business Global Executive MBA

The Family Business GEMBA programme balances a strong academic standing with a practical focus on family business specific issues and presents a leadership development opportunity that short programmes cannot offer.

The GEMBA was the first of its kind in Europe and welcomed its first cohort of participants in February 2015.

This modular programme spread over 15 months, intends to help participants respond to the triple challenge faced by modern family businesses:

  • Strategic Entrepreneurship Imperative
  • Family Dynamics Management
  • Family and Business Leadership

EDHEC Family Business Global EMBA is composed of three phases:

  • Foundations of Business and Management Practices,
  • Growth of the Family Business
  • Development of an Action Plan
