Andrea Tarelli’s article “Capital Structure Decisions and the Optimal Design of Corporate Market Debt Programs” is forthcoming in the Journal of Corporate Finance; it was co-authored with EDHEC faculty Lionel Martellini, and Vincent Milhau. Andrea, PhD (2014), is currently Assistant Professor at the Catholic University of Milan in the department of Mathematical Science, Mathematical Finance and Econometrics.
