Bio

Loick Menvielle, Ph.D, has been Associate Professor of Marketing at EDHEC Business School since 2006. He has been visiting professor at Geneva School of Economic and Management (GSEM). Specialist in the field of health and e-health, Menvielle teacher was the author of numerous contributions in collective books and scientific articles on these topics, raising real social issues with a strong ethical and social implications. He works and actively collaborates with research teams from UQTR and UQAM (Canada) and Columbia University (USA) for many studies and research projects including the multicultural dimension. His most recent work to date, led him to study the growing phenomenon of Internet patient communities but also the use of Serious Games in the context of developing for preventive health messages to children. He recently worked with the Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS) as an expert in the field of the digitization of Health. He is in the scientific committee of E-Health World Congress. He is the co-editor of the Book « The digitalization of Healthcare: New Challenges and Opportunities », with prestigious contributors such as IBM, NHS, Ivey University, Mont Sinaï, Columbia University, INSEAD.
